Sunday Morning Worship Service
Our 10:30 AM Sunday worship is a mix of traditional hymns, prayer, and preaching that brings out the meaning of the Word of God. We would love for you to join us.
Sunday Evening Worship Service
Our 6:00 PM Sunday worship tends to be a smaller group which lends itself to a more interactive worship time. We would love to have you join us.
Our Pastor
Rev. David B. Eastland, Ph.D. has served as pastor of our church since 2010. From 2004 until 2010, he served as Minister of Education at our church. Prior to that, he served as Minister of Education at 4 other churches in Texas and Louisiana. A proud native New Orleanian, David grew up in Pearl, Mississippi. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science from Hinds Junior College and Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Mississippi College, He also holds a Master of Arts in Christian Education, a Master of Theology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, with an emphasis in Church Administration. David is bivocational, which means that he also works an outside job. He currently manages Westside Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home. His wife, Jennifer, serves as our church pianist. They have 5 young adult children.
